Returns

  • You may return most new and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In its original packaging with tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Items such as ladies bags and electronics must not show any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

🚫 Non-returnable items include:

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer error.
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable).

Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Cash on Delivery).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (before shipping).
  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made by us.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
